Does this group accepts cold plasma scientists ???

[Note by moderator: low-temperature plasma discussions are very
welcome. Indeed, plasmas occur over essentially all energy, length,
and time scales. Of course, the "cold fusion" discussion is something
else - that is covered under sci.physics.fusion and is not a topic
appropriate for this newsgroup. Fusion plasma discussions can be
carried out under this newsgroup (moderated) or under sci.physics.fusion
which is not moderated from what I understand.]
