The problem with Ichimaru's book is that he doesn't seperate kinetic and
MHD well enough. The current threoretical literature is often well
grounded in one or the other. A good founding like Chen would do one well.
I saw Dendey's book. It looks great. but it was EXPENSIVE!!! I saw
it at a used book store and it was still expensive...
I wish it was cheaper...
