Subject: Coaxial RF Plasmas
Is
anyone interested in atmospheric pressure, RF (13 - 27 MHz), coaxial
plasma
discharges. We are using one that is
formed in a graphite tube
about 7 mm in diameter with 1 mm diameter
graphite electrode located
coaxially inside the tube. It appears to be a rather unique geometry
at
this pressure. Typical powers
are 25 - 100 W. Maybe this is pretty
puny
compared to most plasma discharges.
At any rate, I would appreciate
hearing from anyone who uses a
similar plasma discharge.
