Subject: New book on Cold Plasma in Materials Fabrication

Our science & engineering library has just received a new book
entitled "Cold Plasma in Materials Fabrication: from Fundamentals
to Applications" by Alfred Grill, IEEE Press, N.Y., 1994. This
book is intended as a textbook for college seniors and graduate
students in cold, low-temperature plasmas and their applications.

The book looks excellent and fills an important gap in terms of
available texts - congratulations Dr. Grill !
