30kA is no problem for many types of plasma switch.......but 50V is
usually insufficient to maintain the plasma....i.e., the plasma drop in
most switches, Thyratrons, pseudogaps and spark gaps,is greater than 50V.
You might be able to build your own device but there is no commercial
device available. I have heard that some solid state MOSFETS from japan
can handle this type of peak current.
