Does anyone have any reference or fortran code for the numerical
evaluation of the Cauchy principal value

           infinity
          /             f(t)
I(z) = P /   dt       --------
        /              t - z
       -infinity

where z is complex ?
f(t) is a real analytic function (Gaussian-like).

I've looked in netlib's QUADPACK (which has a routine for real
singularity only) and Davis and Rabinowitz already.

Thanks.
