Subject:
ion density sensor for ionospheric measurements
I would like to
measure the atmospheric pressure in the plasmic
ionsophere, but the
conventional triode, hot thermionic cathode,
or also called ionization
gauge developed by Bayard will not
withstand
the rocket launch. Any other
instruments or ways of
attaining
the atmospheric pressure in the plasma?
