Subject: Plasma etch cleaning

I was hoping that this group was dealing with plasma cleaning and
surface modifications too. I work for a rubber company, and we use
oxygen, freon and helium plasma etch techniques as preparation for
bonding. Who is also working in this field or has an input with
a newsgroup. ( My location is in the Netherlands)
