Subject: atomic
process cross section data
What are good sources of cross section
data for atomic processes (ionisation,
excitation, Penning, charge
exchange)?
Here is what I found:
I have come across the
Oak Ridge depository with the Aladdin program and
databases (vintage
fortran programming :-)). There is a
french cite (Gaphyr
or something like that with references) and something
called ADAS in england
(great britain?) for UNIX/IDL. I did not decipher that one yet, (some files
were not available) and would appreciate an elucidation if
possible.
It is somewhat ironic that most of these cites are fusion
funded (oak ridge
in particular).
It will be a sad day if they fold.
tia (and go, go, go
tftr!!! great work)
