IMO, the best on-line
database of collisional cross sections is that of the
National Institute
for Fusion Science, Nagoya, Japan. Unfortunately, this is
not free yet so
to get a userid send request to:
Research Information Center
National
Institute for Fusion Science

Currently, GAPHYOR (http://gaphyor.lpgp.u-psud.fr) gives
mostly bibliographic
info. ADAS (http://patiala.phys.strath.ac.uk/adas/)
is essentially closed for
persons outside the ADAS consortium. The Oak
Ridge depository includes a mirror of ADAS WWW pages and documents.
