If you want to pursue plasma
physics, that will happen when you hit
graduate
school. It is hard to predict the situation 4-5
years from now, but the
university of Wisconsin had a very diverse and
strong plasma physics
program
in three departments (physics, ee, and
nuclear engineering) that coveres
several fusion devices and plasma
processing. I do not recall all
that
much
about space plasmas.
But your choices seem to indicate that you prefer
warmer climate
