             dear sir,
                      I am student ,studying engg. course at kharkov
state polytechnical university,kharkov,ukraine.I have some ideas in
my mind.I want to discuss them with you.It is as follows:
                      I would like to react the most reactive
elements  available, as shown in the diagram below. I will take a
container which contains  slit(metallic one) as a separator of
container which makes two volumes in the container, on one side(left
volume, i will fill with flourine), and on the right with chlorine.I
will take two such containers(named as container- 1 and container-
2).in the container- 1, i will freeze(freezing with atmospheric cold)
one of the reactive element (for eg. flourine) & in the container-2,
i would like to freeze chlorine(with atmospheric cold), and a
separating slit(metallic one) which has a minute hole, at the bottom
of it.

                 When F+ or cl- gets freezed, the ions are forced to
get freezed as a result ,the ions(which gets freezed) rush to the
minute hole to get  reacted with the other ions located in the next
part of the same container, in container -1, F+ rushes to the hole to
get reacted with cl- and in the  container-2, cl- rushes to the hole
to get reacted with F+.when the ions get rushed to the hole, there
will be fight(ionic fight) between ions(for eg. in container-1,F+
ions, and in container-2, cl- ions) to get entered through minute
hole to get reacted with the ions in the next chamber. in this fight
ions deposit their energy of reactivity to the slit. in the container
-1, F+ deposit their energy and in container-2, cl- ions will deposit
their energy to the slit.
          As a result we get different sought of energy of reactivity
in the two containers(in the 1st due to F+, and in 2nd due to cl-
ions). and with  wires i will connect the two slits to a lamp.
         Here my view is, if the energy of reactivity from the two
containers differ in charges, then there is a chance of production of
electrical energy.
       Here my view in making minute hole in the slit is explained in
the following way: as per charles darwin(struggle for existance) when
a bunch of seeds are put in small pit, only one or two seeds among
all will get  germinated in to a plant. I would like to say, only the
strong ones will survive,in the similar way, here only the strong
ions will be able to get through the minute hole, provided at the
bottom of the slit.
       I have not experimented this experiment, this is only my
theoritical thinking(with aim in converting atmospheric cold in to
elect. energy).
 I want to know from you, wether this experiment will give energy or
not? And your view regarding this experiment.
