We are pleased to announce the 1998 Winter Conference on Plasma
Spectrochemistry venue and dates as follows:

1998 Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry
January 5 - 10, 1998, Scottsdale, Arizona

The tenth biennial international Winter Conference will be held at the
DoubleTree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. More than 500
scientists are expected and over 300 papers on modern plasma
spectrochemistry will be presented.

Preliminary abstracts (50 words) are solicited on original plasma
spectrochemical methods and applications. Abstract deadline is July 1, 1997.
Manufacturers of spectroscopic instrumentation and accessories also are
invited to exhibit equipment, glassware, publications, and software.
