Dear colleagues,
I am looking for any information about mathematical form of H alpha
line profile in order to estimate concentration of electrons in plasma.
I have at disposal tabular values of S(a) function published in Griem's
monography Spectral line broadening by plasmas, 1974. Do you have better
values?
Some people talk about dynamic Stark broadening which can appear as a
suitable model for H alpha line. Can you give me some basic referenes
about the broadening?
