the new thought of cooling of the plasma circumstance is very simple,
symetric. And it's only a theory and my thought if there was not that
thought before...

The ring is like a gas burner of weakest flaim. In the situation , the
flaim draw a moving small flaim around the burner. This is very
uncomfortable, so soon it can be a dead fire. But with a high performance
chaos calculation computer controller , it can live forever... and
the ring size can be variable, and it's so useful to cool the hot plasma
machin. I think there is comercial merit. But the above is only my
thought . Maybe it can be wrong . And it's like a SF story. :)

If this thory is right , I won't make any right about this theory.
I'll open this theory for all mankind. And I hope it's wrong because of the
many coal companies. ;)
