Hello,
I hope somebody can help my friend Dirk.
He is starting his diploma work in Minneapolis and has to deal with
the post-treatment of silicon carbid deposited substrates. The theme
of his diploma work is:
" Synthesis of nanostructured materials using a plasma expansion
process "

His problem is, that he doesn´t know anybody who has dealt with the
post-treatment of SiC deposited substrates before. And indeed, there
is very little literature about that.

So my request, in his name, at you is, to tell him about your
experiences with that sort of material or to give him ideas, how to
handle it.
He would be very thankful for any reply.
