In response to Vukovic's recent query in this newsgroup, I've posted the
fortran source code to evaluate the plasma dispersion function for complex
argument at

I haven't compiled this myself in several years, but I seem to recall that
it worked well when I last used it. It evolved out of an earlier version
written by Swanson long ago. I hope people find this useful.
