Task is old 1940-1970.The main difficalty - to obtain absolute intensivities
of L-lines in vacuum ultraviolet. Easely J1/J2= Aexp/-/E1-E2/kT/ and better
for H-lines.. But T is temperature of *excitation* of levels and is below
temperature of elektrons.Better to study the form of optical continious
spektrum of free elektrons / recombination/. Literature - better soviet
nearly 1970.
