Hipcrime and his Hipclones forged the approval for that SPAM, as part of
their ongoing attack on the anti-SPAM newsgroup 'news.admin.net-abuse.email'.
They hit every single moderated newsgroup on usenet; the moderators were
not amused by this. Hopefully, the bastards responsible for this outrage
will be caught and punished to the full extent the law allows for breaking
into whichever system they hacked into to perpetrate this forgery. (I favor
flaying them, salting them, nailing them to the nearest available wall,
and leaving their corpses there to rot after they're dead, dead, dead...)
