First off; sorry about all my postings, but this challenge is really
important.

I'm interested in acquiring access to and/or a list of who has such
equipment, that which is capable of delivering visible spectrum CW
laser performance, preferably above the KW rating (the more the
better).

My project needs multiple and fairly powerful CW lasers, preferably
hundreds of them, each capable of being linked and equally triggered
so as to communicate a phrase.

The target range is 25+ million miles away and, the illumination or
target diameter needs to be at least as tight as 7200 km. The duration
of this project is approximately 3 months (starting in mid September
2002).
