i have a very curious issue. my new plasma looks great when watching dvd's
or high definition TV. however, when i watch regular channels on time
warner (any channel below 700), the image looks slightly fuzzy/distorted.
what is even more curious is that when watching channels in the 700's, even
when they don't have a high definition program on, the picture looks great.
time warner claims that this is not an issue on their end and that there is
nothing i can do.
does anyone have any ideas?
