Hi
this is probably the totally wrong place to ask but here goes
anyway, I'm desperate!

Does any one have any info on a German piece of kit that is used for
Plasma generation, the only info I have is that the name plates all say
" Huttinger Elektronik" they have apparently been taken over by some one
else. The unit is described as an RF generator and was manufactured in
1984, it uses a pair of 3cx1500 to create about 3KW at 13.5 MHz.
I would really like to try and get a circuit of as much of the unit as
possible, any info greatly appreciated, thanks.
