DC plasma, 2 cases:

1. plasma generated from 1100V , 150mA , 10pascal pressure.

2. plasma generated from 550V , 300mA , 20pascal pressure.

The power is the same, how will the temperature be different? will the

lower voltage case generate more IR that can heat up the excitation rod

more?
